SUNCO HEALTH Canada is growing and will be adding a role for a business development professional. This critical role will leverage its resources, and partner with distribution and internal team members to grow sales in both new and existing accounts. This role will work within a highly collaborative team to develop and execute sales and marketing plans. Excellent communication skills, including proper documentation of activity in CRM, required. The selected applicant will reside in or near Mississauga and primarily work within the province of Ontario.

The Preferred Applicant will have:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Communications or related field strongly desired
• At least five (5) years' business development experience in markets like government, medical and manufacturing required
• Prior healthcare experience strongly preferred
• Experience selling through distribution required
• Fluency in written and verbal English required
• Quarterly and annual bonuses available upon performance

Our band is looking for a product manager, someone who feels as strongly about our product as we do. We are not looking for a short term relationship, we are looking at the bigger picture. The Product Manager is responsible for both product planning and product marketing. This includes managing the product throughout the Product Lifecycle, gathering and prioritizing product and customer requirements, defining the product vision, and working closely with management and sales team, to deliver a winning products. It also includes working with sales, marketing and support to ensure revenue and customer satisfaction goals are met. The Product Manager’s job also includes ensuring that the product and marketing efforts support the company’s overall strategy and goals.

Job duties:

• Define the product strategy and road map
• Work with external third parties to assess partnerships and licensing opportunities
• Be an expert with respect to the competition
• Develop the core positioning and messaging for the product
• Perform product demos to customers
• Deliver a monthly revenue forecast
• Develop sales tools and collateral
• Propose an overall budget to ensure success
• Brief and train the sales force at quarterly sales meetings
• Act as a leader within the company

Job Requirements

• Minimum of 10 years experience as a Product Manager or Product Marketing Manager
• Demonstrated success defining and launching excellent products
• 8 years of experience in a job in the Canadian market
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Bachelor’s degree (MBA preferred)
• Technical background, with experience in 8 years
• Excellent teamwork skills
• Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority
• Examples and at least one sample of an effective document delivered in the past
